Set Your SPF Records

SPF stands for “Sender Policy Framework” and it is an email security setting that is standard with most email environments. SPF is a way for your organization to publicly state which servers are permitted to send emails from your domain (mycompany.com). This helps to ensure that scammers cannot send malicious emails from your domain.

• Most organization’s DNS records are already setup with a SPF record.  If your organization has not yet set up a SPF record in your DNS host, please follow the appropriate link below for your email provider for more information on setting up SPF.

  Be aware that changing an SPF record may take up to 15-30 minutes to take effect.
