Most organization’s DNS records are already setup with a SPF record. If your organization has not yet set up a SPF record in your DNS host, please follow the appropriate link below for your email provider for more information on setting up SPF.
Please note that we recommend that you seek advice from your “IT Staff” or technical contact that manages your email environment to assist with setting up SPF.

Want to set up your own SPF record? There are free tools online to help you generate an SPF record.
Once you have generated your SPF record, you can follow this guide to set it up.
Be aware that changing an SPF record may take up to 15-30 minutes to take effect.
Since you are thinking about email security, you might also want to consider setting up DKIM to prevent email spoofing. More info can be found here.
